Sex therapy and sex counselling

Our experienced alternative practitioner Rangili will professionally guide you through sex therapy and sex counselling at Tantra Om Nuremberg. In empathetic conversations, she will work with you to address your concerns, desires and fears in order to help you release blockages and promote your sexual well-being.

Training:

2.5 years training as an alternative practitioner
2.5 years training to become a certified
Life coach specialising in sex therapy
6 months training as an arcanum therapist
9 years of experience in tantric bodywork
Experience in sexological bodywork
... and numerous further training courses on the subject of sex therapy and sex treatment.

Sexual treatment:

We start with a sensitive conversation in which we discuss your current situation (15 minutes). This is followed by intensive bodywork supported by mindful touch and targeted massage techniques to promote your physical and emotional well-being (60 minutes).

Sexual counselling:

Experience individual counselling in two appointments, each lasting one hour. In the first appointment (preliminary talk) we will discuss your current situation, your feelings, concerns and wishes in an atmosphere of trust. After the first appointment, your concerns will be discussed further at home and we will develop a customised therapeutic approach, which we will discuss and apply together in the second appointment. The counselling is exclusively communicative, without bodywork.

The cost of the treatment is €245, and we can issue you with a receipt on request. If you are privately insured, you can claim the treatment costs via your "alternative practitioner supplementary insurance".

What sexual disorders are there?

Sexual development begins in early childhood and goes through various phases in life. It can also continue to change in old age. Disorders in this natural development can be affected by various factors. The effects of these disorders can manifest themselves in the following areas:

1. Insecurities regarding sexual orientation
2. Difficulties in forming sexual relationships
3. Problems adapting to the expectations of sexual partners or significant others

The aim of treatment is to work with the patient to find an individualised path that promotes the development of sexuality and harmonises with the patient's life plan and current life situation.

Sexual inclinations and unusual sexual needs

There are a variety of sexual inclinations and desires that differ from what are considered "normal" practices. These can manifest themselves in fantasies, intense sexual desires or special sexual practices. Targeted treatment attempts to develop a satisfying sexuality that takes place in agreement with the partner and does not cause any conflicts with the criminal law.

Disorders of sexual functions

Sexual fulfilment can be significantly impaired by both physical illnesses and psychological disorders and problems. This can lead to various sexual disorders, such as

1. Disorders of sexual desire, such as a decreased or increased libido
2. Disorders of sexual arousal, including premature ejaculation, vaginal cramps, erectile dysfunction, impotence or lubrication disorders (leakage of lubricating fluid)
3. Orgasm disorders
4. Pain during sexual intercourse (dyspareunia)

Although sexual disorders differ between men and women, both sexes can be affected by similar problems that affect sexual health and well-being.
