§ 1 Scope of services and conclusion of contract

1. The service provider offers tantra massages and related services on the basis of an appointment. The services include - depending on the package booked - mindful, holistic bodywork in the sense of the teachings of Tantra, which takes into account body, mind and energy response.
2. A contract for the agreed service is concluded when the customer makes the booking. The price, duration and location of the service can be found in the booking confirmation.
3. Special services or additional agreements (e.g. longer duration, treatment for couples, individual wishes) require a separate agreement and confirmation by the service provider.

§ 2 Obligations of the customer

1. By making a booking, the customer confirms that he/she is of legal age and legally competent and that he/she has no acute health restrictions that require professional clarification or prevent the service from being provided.
2. The customer undertakes to provide truthful information on health or other relevant circumstances that could affect the massage before the start of the service.
3. The customer shall maintain respectful behaviour towards employees and the ambience at all times. The service provider is entitled to cancel a treatment if the customer behaves in a grossly disrespectful manner or violates agreements.

§ 3 Payment and prices

1. The prices are based on the current price list and are valid at the time of booking. prices are subject to change.
2. Payments are due before or immediately after the provision of the service - unless otherwise agreed.
3. In the event of late arrival, the service provider may reduce or refuse the service on a pro rata basis; services already rendered shall nevertheless be remunerated.

§ 4 Cancellation and withdrawal

1. The customer can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. Thereafter, the service provider reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the agreed price.
2. The service provider is entitled to withdraw from the contract in the event of force majeure or for important operational reasons. In this case, any fees already paid shall be refunded in full; any further claims shall be excluded.

§ 5 Liability and warranty

1. The service provider is only liable for intent and gross negligence; liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
2. The tantra massage offered is not a medical treatment, therapy or curative treatment in the legal sense. No healing or medical effect is guaranteed.
3. The employees carry out their work with the necessary care; however, a certain success is not guaranteed.

§ 6 Data protection and confidentiality

• The service provider handles personal data in accordance with the privacy policy on this website.
• Conversations and behaviour in the course of treatment are subject to a duty of confidentiality.
• Images or recordings will not be made without the express consent of the persons involved.

§ 7 Final provisions

1. amendments or additions to these GTC must be made in writing.
2. Should any provision of these GTC be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
3. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. The place of jurisdiction is - if permissible - the registered office of the service provider.
